Is it true what people say that kids Uggs are, technically, the equivalent of Women’s half sizes? For example is a kids US 4 an adults womens 5.5 US? So if you need a half size in Adults you can just get the kids boots?

Is there any difference between men’s ugg boots and the womens?
My boyfriend is buying me Uggs, its kindof a late valentines gift. But every web page I look at either is sold out of the classic short in black or they don’t come in until another two months. Help?

Is there any difference in looks between womens and kids Ugg Boots?
Im like a size 7 or 8 in womens, which would make me fit into a size 5 or 6 into kids uggs. Should I just buy kids uggs instead of womens? I will if theres no difference at all between the two. Because it would be saving 40 dollars. What should I do?
